We offer full in home set ups by our trusted and fully licensed installers. We also offer ongoing support while you learn to use your new system. A home visit from us is only a phone call away if you need any assistance.

From 2 Channel Stereo to Home Theatre surround sound with multiple subs, you can sit back and experience a range of sound we can tailor entirely to your taste. With a unique demonstration technique to ensure you are taking home the speakers you want to listen to – not the ones we want to sell.

My husband and I decided to upgrade some speakers a few months ago and we couldn’t have come to a better place to do so. I thought I’d be bored out of my mind tagging along to something I know nothing about but I had so much fun doing the sound test to pick out which speakers we liked the most (and chitchatting about Harry Potter and Japan!). Amazingly enough, my hubby and I ended up liking the same ones so that’s what we went with.

Brad was very kind, knowledgable and patient and as someone who usually feels pressure (in my own mind!) to buy something when I walk into a store, I felt so comfortable and relaxed at Soundair that we ended up harrassing him to give us suggestions on subwoofers and well…basically a whole new Hi Fi system. Wayne was also lovely and very patient and you can tell that they both love what they do.

Because of the lockdowns in Melb, we have had many of our renovations and furniture/package orders be delayed or postponed etc. but Brad has been the only one to keep in touch with us regularly this entire time to update us on our order and just to check in and see how we’re doing. Not only this but he has gone above and beyond with everything that we ordered or asked about but didn’t buy, that it feels more like a good friend helping us out.

Whether you’re an audiophile or completely clueless like me, Soundair is the place to go. Customer service like this is so rare these days, the prices are more than reasonable and Brad will work well within your budget. We are absolutely in love with our Hi Fi system and it’s not even completely set up yet!.

Also, if you’re nice and lucky enough, Brad may even let you test out the ‘bladder buster’.
